As most of you know I was NOT an athlete in school. I suffered from a mild case of asthma (which left me around the time I graduated! Seriously) and was usually last in laps, a wimp at everything. I am sure Mr. Burnett was exasperated with me more than a few times in gym class. I wonder what he would say today if he saw me training for a Half Marathon? Mr. Burnett was a tough but fair teacher and a good man. Thanks for all you did, coach!
